These terms describe the RWB Property Care membership offered by RWB CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, LLC, with its principal office at 7900 E GREENWAY RD STE 212, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85260. Contact: support@rwbconstruction.site or +1 (602) 837-0318.

1. Membership services

We provide digital property-maintenance resources and remote planning support. The selected plan determines resources, property allowances, consultation time and estimate-review allowance. The features displayed with your accepted order define your service.

2. Activation and recurring billing

Enquiries are free. We confirm service scope and availability before payment. Once you approve the payment terms and activate a paid plan, the selected monthly price is charged for the first month and renews at the same price one month later and monthly thereafter until cancelled. Applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. This website currently prepares email enquiries and does not collect payments or activate subscriptions.

Price changes will be communicated before they apply so you can decide whether to continue. No annual commitment or separate enrolment fee is included in the listed monthly plans.

3. Plan allowances

Foundation includes resource access, reminders and membership email support. Essential adds budgeting tools and one property-planning email question per month. Plus and Pro include one 20-minute virtual consultation monthly. Pro adds a plan for one property and one estimate review monthly. Portfolio includes plans for two properties, two estimate reviews and one 30-minute consultation monthly. Complete includes plans for three properties, three estimate reviews and two 30-minute consultations monthly.

Higher-tier quantities replace lower-tier quantities. A review covers one contractor estimate up to 10 pages. Monthly sessions, questions and reviews do not roll over. Scheduling and turnaround are agreed by email. Priority support means prioritized handling, not a guaranteed response time.

4. What membership does not include

Site visits, emergency response, repairs, labor, materials, construction work, permit services, certified inspections, architectural and engineering services are not included. Remote guidance cannot verify conditions hidden from view. Estimate reviews are planning observations, not certified valuations or guarantees of contractor performance. Obtain appropriate qualified on-site advice for safety-critical decisions. We do not guarantee project costs, savings or property-value changes.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate property and project information and materials you are authorized to share. You remain responsible for selecting contractors, authorizing work, obtaining any required approvals and verifying suitability of advice to your actual property conditions.

6. Delivery and use

Resources and onboarding instructions are provided digitally following approved activation, with timing confirmed before payment. Our delivery page explains the process. Membership resources may be used for your own properties within your plan. You may not resell or redistribute the resource library. You retain ownership of materials you supply.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel by emailing support@rwbconstruction.site before renewal. Your request is effective for future billing when received. Access continues through the paid period, then ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. See our cancellation instructions and refund policy.

8. Privacy, availability and changes

Our privacy policy describes how enquiries and membership information are handled. Maintenance or third-party interruptions may affect online access. We communicate material service changes before they apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
