All prices are USD per month. No introductory price jump. Paid memberships renew monthly until cancelled; access continues through the paid period. Applicable taxes are confirmed before payment. Consultation, review and property allowances are totals, not cumulative. Unused monthly sessions and reviews do not roll over.

The practical details.
Is this a repair or construction contract?+
No. Your membership covers digital resources and remote property planning support. On-site work, materials, inspections and repairs are separate and require their own written scope and quote.
What happens during a consultation?+
We discuss your maintenance priorities, project scope or budget questions remotely. Plus and Pro include one 20-minute session monthly. Portfolio includes one 30-minute session; Complete includes two 30-minute sessions. Sessions are arranged by email, subject to mutually available times.
What does an estimate review cover?+
A review of one contractor estimate, up to 10 pages, for scope clarity, missing line items and questions to ask your contractor. It is not a certified valuation, engineering review or guarantee of pricing or workmanship.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Email support@rwbconstruction.site before your next renewal. Your request is effective when received. Access continues until the end of your paid period. See the cancellation and refund policies for details.
