Free enquiries
Membership enquiries do not incur a charge. Payment begins only after you approve and activate a paid membership.
Billing errors
We refund verified duplicate charges, incorrect amounts and renewals charged after we received your cancellation request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Undelivered services
If we cannot provide an agreed membership service and cannot resolve the issue with you, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered service.
Other requests
We review other refund requests individually based on resources supplied, consultations or reviews delivered, and the reason for the request. Unused portions of an active month are not automatically prorated. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Request a refund
Email support@rwbconstruction.site with your membership email, charge date, amount and explanation. Do not send full card details. We will confirm the decision and, if approved, when the refund is issued. Your payment provider or bank controls when the credit appears.
Cancellation is separate
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous charges. Read the cancellation instructions.
